We are an independent corporate finance firm based in Amsterdam specialising in non-public structured debt and equity transactions. We service a wide range of clients, including major banks, institutional investors, private investors, FinTech entrepreneurs and corporations.
We assist companies and entrepreneurs with developing and executing tailor-made strategies to raise capital. Besides our 20+ years of experience in finance, we also use our own experience as entrepreneurs and investors in the many companies that we run and are participating in. Depending on the business case we arrange the optimal combination of financing instruments, structures and type of investors. We also provide input on the business cases and make suggestions for improvement.
We are highly flexible and committed to deliver domestic and cross-border financing solutions, all delivered within a highly confidential and unconflicted framework.
The firm’s partners have previously held senior (management) positions at leading advisory companies, major banks, alternative investment funds and have arranged a wide range of structured finance transactions.
